In Ayurveda the nutrition is based on several factors like six taste, potency, combinations, processing, etc. this course is to understand the deeper understanding of quality of food as well as we are going to learn how to cook delicious and healthy food with gratitude and love.
Nutrition in Ayurveda is all about eating according to your body constitution. Also, the systems of yoga and Ayurveda follow the principles of sattvic, tamasic and rajasic foods which play a fundamental role in your health and wellbeing.
