Yoga is a science of living consciously, where one can feel that he is not merely a frozen sculpture, but that He has the ability to think. Once you are connected with the source of life, you feel everything around and inside you become joyful and blissful without any reason. Yoga is a science to unfold all the inner and hidden potential of a human being. Its an interesting journey to experience yourself, rather than to be told.

The objective of these retreats is to give you a glimpse of the real meaning of life or to experience something higher which is beyond our physical and psychological structure.

Visiting some places with higher spiritual vibrations, where you can feel more energized and joyful as you feel a strong connection with these places. It could be a Mountain, a Cave, a Church or a Temple or a River or any riches offered by Mother Nature. In Indian Culture & Traditions, this journey is known as Pilgrimage. We will explore some of these Himalayan places together to ensure this to be an experience, you’ll remember throughout your lifetime.

As our social responsibility towards the Society and with noble intent to give back something to our beloved man-kid, we also do some Charity Work. For this is our way to say Big Thanks to God Almighty for giving us an enriching and fulfilling Life and We’re also getting an opportunity to touch needy lives and perform these activities as a part of karma yoga-like dispensing the free medicines to Poor and Needy or offering the Books / Clothes to Poor and bright students. Helping the Poor Girl Child by adopting them for their studies / Marriages / Job-aids etc.
