OVERVIEW

The Mantrosaprsh is a practice which I have learnt from a Himalayan yogi around 20 years back, when I was in search of truth and used to go to the remote caves of Himalaya. I met this Himalayan yogi near Badrinath a famous shrine of Lord Vishnu in Himalaya. The day I have started this practice I found so many benefits on different levels of body mind and consciousness. I was amazed how efficient and scientific practices are hidden in Himalayan caves. These practices must be available to all the humanity in order to experience something which is called spiritual health. When I became a medical student I started to see the scientific aspect of this practice .we will reveal and experience together the science of this practice. I wish everyone must learn this practice on this planet to feel that unexplained peace.

OJAV

Ojav the term derives from the word Ojus, which has been mentioned in Ayurveda Physiology means, the essence of all tissues. Ojav has been created to spread the knowledge and essence of these ancient healing sciences so that they can be applied in a contemporary way.

Ayurveda and Yoga is being used as a healing science with preventive and therapeutic aspect for more than 5000 years. These science are based on the principle that human being is not just a physical structure and just absence of disease is not a true definition of health. Health is a complete harmony between body mind spirit and sense organs. Today we need a healthy world in every dimension not just a physical healthy body.

The course has been designed in a scientific way to understand even the complicated things practically and easily. The course has been designed by ojav who has studied five and half years degree course of Ayurveda from a prestigious college in India  as a spiritual seeker he has been several time to learn the secrets of yoga and healing in Himalaya with Monks.
