                                                           Marma Yoga

Marma are certain energy points present in the body. There are 107 points mentioned in classical literature. The stimulation of these Marma leads to increase flow of Prana, some Asanas helps to stimulate specific Marma and organs. The stimulation of these Marma points has been developed as a therapy. Some physicians use the Marma points to heal Body Mind and Spirit by enhancing the life force.

This workshop is to explore some of Marma through yogic practices to boost the energy and life force in body and mind,in this workshop with Dr Harsh Agarwal (Ojav),we will explore the different dimensions of some important marma points together. The 20 minutes yoga to stimulate important Marma points will also be shared for daily practice.

The Marma points and their correlation to heal some specific disease as integrating practice will make this workshop more interesting.

Once we understand to identify the exact location and process to stimulate the Marma one can feel dramatic change in health and energy immediately.

Ojav the term derives from the word Ojus, which has been mentioned in Ayurveda Physiology means, the essence of all tissues. Ojav has been created to spread the knowledge and essence of these ancient healing sciences so that they can be applied in a contemporary way.
